jdbmmk Terms & Conditions and User Agreement

Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between jdbmmk and any person ("User") who uses the jdbmmk platform. By accessing the jdbmmk website, mobile application or any of its services, you are considered to have read and fully agreed to all terms in this Agreement.

Account Registration and Ownership

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

Deposits at jdbmmk can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is 10,000 Ks. If a deposit is made outside the allowed amount limits, we will attempt to return it.

You must use only your own payment account when making a deposit. Depositing into your account using a third party's funds is not permitted, and we reserve the right to reject and return any such funds.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours; processing time may vary depending on the payment service provider's conditions.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification and account confirmation checks. Deposits and withdrawals may be reviewed under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

3.3 Financial Restrictions

• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering without any actual gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements for any promotional funds have been met.
• If a chargeback is initiated on any payment, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account and void any winnings associated with that amount.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

Users who register at jdbmmk and make their first deposit will receive a bonus of 150% of the deposit amount; the maximum bonus amount is 200,000 Ks.

To withdraw bonus funds, you must first wager 15 times the bonus amount on eligible games—

• Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Total balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks
• Example 2 — Deposit 280,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Total balance 480,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks

4.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Each bonus may have specific game types that count toward the wagering requirement; check the promotion terms for details.
• If the wagering requirement has not been met and no withdrawal has been made, the bonus may be forfeited; bonuses cannot be claimed back if lost through gameplay.
• Promotions may change at any time and may be closed without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is detected, winnings will be voided and the account will be suspended.

VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

jdbmmk's VIP program has five levels from Bronze to Diamond. Level progression is based on your gameplay history and activity—

• Bronze — Weekly Cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly Cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — Weekly Cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — Weekly Cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — Weekly Cashback up to 1.5%

Cashback amounts are calculated based on your gameplay history and paid out weekly. Please note that cashback is subject to minimum wagering requirements — contact the jdbmmk support team for exact figures.

jdbmmk reserves the right to amend the VIP program terms with or without prior notice, as stated here.

Prohibited Conduct and Actions

Users must not engage in any of the following actions—

• Bonus abuse or fraudulent exploitation of promotions
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any AI tools during gameplay
• Attempting to hack into our services, servers, or network
• Performing account transferring between accounts
• Allowing a third party to use your account instead of yourself
• Carrying out any illegal activities

If any of these violations are found, jdbmmk has the right to immediately suspend the account and void any winnings earned from gameplay; legal action may be taken if necessary.

Fair play and game integrity

jdbmmk games use certified and audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology; every result is completely random and cannot be predicted by anyone.

If we discover any bug in a game, we may void winnings from gameplay affected by that bug and refund the staked amounts; you agree that we have sole discretion over this decision.

If the terms in this agreement are violated, jdbmmk has the right to immediately suspend the account without prior notice and refuse to pay out any remaining balance; please note that this action is taken to protect against losses arising from breach of the agreement.
